You will be getting 3-5 acres of land, depending on what you have purchased. However, we will have to allocate some space for roads/paths to connect all the farms with the main entrance. Everyone will put up a a small fraction of their holding for this.
The minimum purchase is 5 acres. You can split this with another person and purchase this together. We will consider this as one unit. We will also try and make an effort to pair you up with other investors in such a scenario.
The land is yours and you are free to do whatever you want on it. However, the common vision is to build a family-friendly community.
As we said, the land is yours and you are free to do whatever you want with it. Pure Earth will also work with you to ensure sale of the property.
You own the land and it is yours to do as you please with a set of predefined conditions that applies to the entire community. However in such a scenario, you will be charged for Phase 2 and Phase 3 activities at actuals and in proportion to your land holding.
The land cost is final. All registration related costs are at actuals and may vary.
It is entirely up to you. You may not build it if you want. You may build some basic accommodation or even a fancy 3000 sq ft mansion.
